A musician’s ear. A therapist’s training. A space that is yours.
Like single notes that form a song,
I help you find where you belong—
and reclaim a rhythm deep and true
when life’s loud noise overwhelms you.
Three notes, one steady chord.
Do–Mi–Sol is the simplest chord in music: three notes that are ordinary alone and complete together. It is also how I think about healing—you, your relationships, and your story, learning to sound together again.
Before clinical work, I spent 25 years as a music educator. Years of listening for the note underneath the noise taught me that attunement—not perfection—is what helps people grow. That instinct now shapes every session: I listen for what is underneath the words, and we work at a tempo your life can actually hold.
As a therapist with a Taiwanese immigrant background, I offer counseling in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese, supporting children, teens, adults, parents, and families navigating emotional challenges, cultural identity, intergenerational conflict, and life transitions.
Listening, attunement, and patience—before the clinic.
Clinical psychology expertise, family-systems trained.
English, Mandarin 中文, and Taiwanese 台語.
Culturally attuned care for local families.
Care that keeps time with you.
No fixed scripts, no one-size-fits-all plans—just a steady, collaborative process shaped around your needs and your pace.
Client-centered & collaborative
You set the direction and the tempo. Therapy is something we build together, not something done to you.
Trauma-informed
Safety and trust come first. We move at a pace that respects your readiness—no pressure to perform healing.
Culturally humble
Family, language, identity, and lived experience are honored in the room, never treated as footnotes.
Strengths-based
We build on what is already resilient within you—your values, relationships, and ways of coping that work.
Support for every season of life.
Whether you are reaching out for yourself, your child, or your family, each service begins by understanding the whole person.
Ready when you are—one note at a time.
You are welcome to begin with a conversation and see whether this support feels right for you or your family.
